Since our founding in 1986 NDI has been involved in various projects, most notably the Nixon Refinery in Texas. Today NDI is focused on investing in commercial and industrial opportunities along the U.S. Gulf Coast and Midwest.

    Mermentau Marine Terminal

    Located on the Mermentau River, just north of Lake Arthur in South West Louisiana. This facility is in close proximity to the Intracoastal Waterway and Lake Charles. The facility has 295,000 bbl of storage capacity with barge and truck loading facilities. NDI is in the process of repositioning this asset to maximize value.

    Church Point Refinery

    This refinery located in Church Point Louisiana is an approx. 15,000 bbl/day topping plant. NDI is currently offering the facility for sale to qualified bidders. Please contact us for more information.
